الشروط والأحكام للاستبدال والاسترجاع

1. يمكن استبدال أو استرجاع المنتج خلال 14 يوم من تاريخ الشراء بشرط وجود الفاتورة.
   Products can be returned or exchanged within 14 days with the original receipt.
2. يجب أن يكون المنتج في حالته الأصلية وغير مفتوح أو مستخدم.
   Product must be unused and in its original sealed condition.
3. لا يمكن استرجاع المنتجات المفتوحة حفاظًا على الصحة والسلامة.
   Opened supplements cannot be returned for health and safety reasons.
4. في حالة وجود عيب في المنتج يتم الاستبدال فورًا دون رسوم إضافية.
   Defective products will be replaced immediately at no extra cost.
5. يتحمل العميل تكلفة الشحن في حالة الاسترجاع بدون سبب عيب.
   Shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is defective.
6. يجب إرجاع المنتج بجميع ملحقاته والتغليف الأصلي.
   Product must be returned with all accessories and original packaging.
7. يتم رد المبلغ بنفس طريقة الدفع خلال 3 إلى 7 أيام عمل.
   Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days via the original payment method.
8. لا تشمل سياسة الاسترجاع المنتجات المخفضة أو العروض الخاصة.
   Discounted or promotional items are non-refundable.
9. يجب التواصل مع خدمة العملاء قبل إرسال أي منتج للاسترجاع.
   Please contact customer service before returning any product.
